Yes. HST is a design-and-build practice: our services include full design implementation by our own team, based on the final designs and drawings. We can also build to another consultant's drawings.
It depends on the property, the scope and the finish level, so we do not publish rates. We visit the site, agree the scope with you in writing, and quote a fixed fee against it.
